Yes we have been working overtime answering all NASD questions for our 15c211 filings, and wee are working on the pink sheets disclosure as we are trying to get the "current status, or pink check mark as its known in the industry" from the current yield ranking. Theres also the financials that will be out soon so its a bit overwhelming. This non dilution provision Mina Mar did for the shareholders did slow things down but we all think that the few weeks delay will be well worth it in the long run. I hear that is only done for employees and similar but not for common shareholders so everyone agrees what they did is kind of over the top. The latest is NASD is just verifying everything with the transfer agent and then the accounting process will start by them allocating the shares to the broker dealer and the broker dealker to your individual accounts. Also, as you know IFGX is now run by Steen using Brookcor business license so the 2 deals a year restriction is a moot point now. As the management plans to aquire many companies and spin them off as dividends, Mina Mar is working on doing some sort of a registration statement where the future dividend payouts will be free trading and not restricted like the ones done on GLCC. Many shareholders do not read the "About Monarc Corporation" section but there were major changes done FYI. Here's what I mean: Through IFGX, MONA acquires growth based businesses (ie "other operating subsidiaries") and spins them off to other publicly traded shells in search of operating entities; which proceeds MONA distributes to its shareholders in a form of a special dividend. MONA's other operating subsidiaries are Canden Financial Inc, Horescon and Syscon Systems beverage control systems. These are inventory control systems and financing solutions for the hospitality industry. Yes, Canden Financial Inc, Horescon and Syscon Systems will be spun off and dividend out to the shareholders but I think that's a given, just read the ABOUT section. Also, we have a ticket system in place now so that any inquiry can be assigned to different departments or IR company who will answer the question and build a knowledge base for future shareholders.
