Sorry but I have to disagree.

I am a firm believer that MM's rarely, if ever, accumulate OTCBB stocks. Why should they. The current rules allow them to short up to the amount of shares in the float. And the current rules do not prevent them from shorting more than this amount and going "naked". Until the rules change, and the MM's are held to a "fairer" standard, then there is no reason for them to accumulate any of these stocks, including DCTN.

Consider this, these stocks are for the most part, speculative. The risks for OTCBB companies is to great for the MM's to want to be "caught" holding shares in them if they go belly up, file for bankruptcy, or miss a filing deadline and go pink. So there is nothing to justify them "accumulating" these issues. And as long as they can "legally" short them until the cows come home, there is no reason for them to put themselves at risk and be caught holding shares.

No, for the most part, I believe the MM's are always short on OTCBB stocks. This is also why I believe this smaller float is to our advantage with this thinking. The MM's aren't stupid. They are here for one thing and one thing only...to make money. Without news, I think the MM's will sit back and not sell to many shares and go extremely short. I think they will do as we saw Thursday and mainly match up buys with sells and try to keep the spread wide. Once the news hits and the volume appears, then they will start playing their games. I see this moving really fast out the gate. The MM's will take all the buying on the ask, continually raising the ask with the buying. They will then pick off the sells as we go to cover themselves and try to keep a handle on things. I think the buying will be much more than any selling and we will see huge gains right away because of the new float. And then they will really start getting short to keep up with the buying frenzy.

Then it will be up to the company IMO (and the promoters). The key is to keep the buying pressure on and force the MM's to keep moving the price up. As long as the MM's see a demand for shares at increasing prices, they won't mind covering at higher prices. The problem will be if the buying subsides. Then we see the notorious "shakes" and criminal games they employ to cover. And it will get ugly.

Personally, I am betting the company has a good plan in place with news and promotion to keep it moving and keep the MM's honest. I am praying they do anyway.

FWIW, I also am expecting the share price to break $2 pretty quick. My only concern at the moment is another delay. Not sure I can take anymore of them.

So lets hope all the delays to date were because the company was getting everything in place. And lets hope it is now in place so nothing comes up and bites us n the butt. It has been a long road for al of us and time we were rewarded for our patience and faith.

Good luck to all of us here.
