POINTERS: OBJECTIVES

• Sales of over $5,000,000 in 2008
• Establish bulk REO and preforeclosure contracts gaining significant discount advantages to invetory levels 40-70% LTV in most markets.
• Acquire 50 or more properties in 2008 and forward sell to bulk lease investors who have large inventory demands after stabilization
• Reduce costs in sales process from 10% of total value to 6%
• Establish Economic Value Add (EVA) and Economic Rate of Return (ERR) to grow and enhance equity value.
• Employ best practices and standards in leasing industry
• Re-insure our own inventory with captive insurance framework
• Establish mortgage company to capture inhouse lending, reducing costs
• Get lower than 9% hurdle rate through active Equity and Debt Management
