that MOST of these shell companies ONLY exist for the
enrichment of managemet...PERIOD.

PS...AND FURTHERMORE...lol...I think that companies should
get just ONE SHOT at an R/S. To move to bigger board.
If they want to use that ONE R/S to elemenate all the
bogus shares they dumped on the retailers then FINE...
but should only get ONE SHOT AT IT. After that, it should
be like I learned how to swim. Ya don't swim...ya die.
