IMO there won't be a lot of shares available for sale at .40. Most investors who have stood by this company through thick and thin are looking at a share price between $1.00 and $1.50 just to get even. (Some even higher) Those who didn't want to ride it out sold before the split and that is why the price dropped to where it did. Those of us who held, I am sure, will not be selling for losses at this point. Especially with the extremely small float we have now. So where does that leave us.

I think they will get minimal shares on a .40 bid and slowly keep moving it up to the $1 range. They will "shake" some shares at .60 to .80. But I dont see many shares coming free under a buck. And any shares that are shaken loose will be bought up quickly IMO.

I believe this thing will trade very tightly and no significant selling will occur until it moves past $1. Depending on the interest generated from the acquisition news, and any other news they have in the pipeline, we should be off to the races finally.

The unkown here is the promotion and the promoters on board. I have seen no significant accumulation going on since split. At some point these guys are going to be grabbing shares and I would venture a very strong guess they will be the ones gobbling up shares from .40 to .80. We have already seen someone is willing to buy shares over .40 already this year. If what is being said is true, news next week, promotion kicks in and so on, then we should see this buying starting Monday on the ask with the bid moving to .40 pretty quick. I would love to see the bid over .50 before any news hits.

I also still believe in my "fence sitter" theory. I think once the news of Security deal is out there will be a mad rush of buying right out the gate. These "fence sitters" had their interest in Delta peeked last year then backed off with the R/S. Now they are staying away from it because they see this as your typical OTCBB POS scam. News will show them the R/S wasn't a scam and their confidence in Delta will be restored. And they will buy. We cant forget how many rooms were aware of Delta last fall. I believe this thing will get legs of its own after news is out.

So if all we are hearing is true, this week will be the one we have waited over a year for. I hope so!

Good luck everyone.

IMHO BWTFDIK!
