Don't have the details around the funding yet...but 141 did get their funding as of a few weeks ago. There was some final paper work that needed to be completed, apparently.
I'm assuming we'll get those details shortly, perhaps in PR form??

My understanding is that Errol wanted all investor funds to be traded done through a 506 because they all have to be accredited investors, with a max number of 35 investors, at least for the first round of investment...and the 504 would only be for operating funds, as necessary, for example to fund a PR blitz. Supposedly, the Kauderer Group did complete their obligation to get funding for 141, as per their agreement or they wouldn't be able to get paid via shares.

I've heard that 141 should be trading with SWARM sometime in May...don't know exactly when, though.

I do believe that Errol has more info to update us with and if they are starting to trade with SWARM in May, I'm also assuming that 141's PR blitz with TVA will commence around that time as well, as they are the ones with the TV/radio/Internet connections. http://www.tvaproductions.com/html/MediaBlitz3.html
