that pic you have is similar to my boat.

Yes, I saw them all in long Island. I grew up in the big apple..yes played stick ball on plenty of brownstones..... lol broke a few windows in my past...

Love visit manhattan but too too much to live there now. Ok to visit mm and stuff but give me the open land and a high speed link and i am in heaven!
