Maybe Keith needs to issue a PR about flood insurance...
I think it's total bullchit...you either have flood insurance or you don't. Besides, why would flood insurance be carried in a 500 year flood plain....is it even available in a 500 year flood area? I think they sold a bunch of shares to make repairs and that's it....unless they plan on going to court, any insurance claims should have been settled by now, IMO.

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
