This guy is comical. He claims to be a "software guy". Those of us familiar with software development and familiar with this location know that every software development company uses a certain location or environment as a petri dish. This location is used to roll out new features, test updates, innovate, and perform integration and regression testing. The fact that they have a location to test generate the types of errors listed is a positive. Each error found at the Woodland Hills location means that the next location will be that much better.

Of course we would all like the location to be error free but that is not a reality with new cutting edge technologies. On the plus side of the listed errors, they all seemed to be unit specific. Meaning only the author's table was affected. I think the greatest risk to reputation is restaurant wide failures.
