So far they've usually been wrong on when they expect anything at all. They were late in re-releasing ifinix realtime and didn't even bother to release the efinix or the trading platform last year and instead decided to dilute the stock to oblivion, then reverse split then dilute some more, then whammo acquire a company, then be late on another expectation which will only be delayed further because they have to make up an excuse like having to audit the acquired company's financials.
