I agree Pandey and CLAN did a number on us, but hopefully new management will come through for the SH, if not oh well, right it off if you can! Legal case to begin!!!
From your post it seems like it's dooms day for this stock but there is no PR, link or otherwise you have directed us too so, that being the case, I'd hold on to your shares, and if you sold off, all the best. I will hold or right it off, either way makes no diff except I could be shopping for a 911 instead of a KIA(LOL)
