You appear to have answered the question yourself in post 17557. One may agree or disagree with the CEO's decision, but you offer a reasonable explanation of why he made the decision he did. That is what CEO's do.

BTW: How much did you get paid to bring together this deal that you recently described as "criminal?" Given that shareholder money was used to pay you..."I think that is a question that many investors would like to know the answer too."
