I agree swvc insiders will be fine - just the commons are dust now. Zero chance of any real buy back (retiring the shares to treasury) and 100% odds the CD are converting

no buy back - no paying off the CDs until the company deems it is profitable enough to deal with it

also depends on how much he decides to pay himself, family, friends and management. Toms pay at $260,000 for just 6 months along with stock options for all. I'm guessing it will be a while (if ever) before the company is deemed "profitable"
