You can call the clerk of the court and order the settlement agreement and have it faxed to you. I bet if you call Monday am, you will have it by Tuesday. Why, by Wednesday you could have scanned it and posted the lawsuit in PDF or whatever and be calling me a liar,
I bet you can order the settlement agreement only for about $30 or less which is only 3% of $1,000 investment. Verses 25% or more loss it looks very cheap.
