read the sec filings on PAOS ..... and read some of my posts there( no one is in it...lol) ... don't stop at the reverse split...it's not going to happen :).... it moves on air ;) ..no float...and it actually has income to shares that is paying off debt..the debt is an asset purchase(reason for proposed split).... eps @ .02 ...lol... you gotta read it...no conversions..and a 3 million "straight" credit line with the bank of israel...lol...
