Intrinsic Value, yes... if it costs 30 million for a company worth 10, that's not intrinsic value.
I don't believe there is a payoff clause in the "newest" YA debenture that was just created.
Not only this, but if you think this is going to be paid back with cash from Tom S, why would they have backdated the debeneture so it could be sold in 3 months from when it was signed instead of the normal/honest 6 months if they had actually dated it when it was actually signed?
Preferred "E" shares are Tom's, I don't think Tom is gonna give any of them up!
