GCOG-Not sure about level 2's. They look normal right now. May have been a quick glitch.

BLDV-MA200 is still holding as support. But, someone is dumping a lot of shares right now. The CMF is the same as it was when the price was in the triple 000's and the Accum/Dist line is scraping the bottom.

Someone needs to call the TA and verify the share structure here. Someone could be converting preferred shares or dilution may be in effect. Either way, it's not good.
