Re: the 101.7% market, - I suspect the analyst just forgot to subtract the 1.7% AMD market share increase from Intel's 96.9%.

That would give Intel 95.2% of the (x86) server market.

That also means AMD's server sales increased 1.7/(4.8 - 1.7) = 55% in just one quarter......

Gee, that might be actually geometric, - nonlinear.....

Anyone know the previous quarterly share increase?
