You might be right, but the legal system moves at a slow rate it seems, and it may be possible that Javeed could exploit this tendency. He may "buy more time" with the slow legal process.

It would be interesting though to see the information for the last 6 months (i.e Sales Agreement). By the way, where did you get the info about this court order that Javeed needs to furnish the info?
