I am loaded,but I will add more if there is down side.I think money can be made again on this thing Imo.Had some nice runs in the past.The best was in 2005 when it run from .08 to .75
in exact 8 trading days.Look below.Ofcourse then was a Busy Hurricane season,and a lot less shares in the outstanding than now,but not the bussiness plan they are in now.Better business plan now,and a CONTRACT to be landed soon as per PR April on the 9th.Now in 30 days Hurricane season starts and along with a Forward looking event of a contract this thing could give us some upside.I do not like to put BS targets.I do not think we will see .75 again.I do not think we will see .10 again,but we could see a logical .01 PPS or a 4 baggers from here.At .01 times 300 million on the O/S=$3M CAP
Company more like it,than a BS less than 500k$ CAP at current prices.
