From the 4/9/08 8K; The Registrant, upon consultation with its current independent registered public accounting firm, advised its board of directors that the audited financial statements to be contained in the 2007 Annual Report and the restatement of the 2006 audited financial statements, as well as the restated financial statements in the 2006 and 2007 Quarterly Reports, is tentatively anticipated to be completed on or about May 31, 2008.
By then they will be a 2 week old pink sheet. By tentatively do they mean maybe sooner or maybe later? And after they go pink will they still file the reports? Who knows? All I know is that if I decide to double down it won't be until after they file, if they ever do.
