Capitalist..re: buying power

if your are w/Ameritrade or Freetrade (probably others as well) you can trade unlimited in and out as long as you are trading your own cash and not using margin. Buys then sells refill cash even if your "BP" is eventually empty intraday. You can't do this for short sales however, BP only.
