i used to get that. It has to do with one of their add-ons, but not sure which one. What you have to do is go into the options- then add ons. Uninstall each one, then uninstall qtrax from your computer and reinstall. That took care of mine. All of you libraries, etc. should still come up, I think, but mine works find now.. I just keep getting this funny message.. Downloads coming soon! Anyone else get that?? haha
