Gee wiz...for the last time...everyone seems to be missing the point that we older shareholders, some of which have lost close to $100K, are upset at.

All the assets that Tom has brought into this shell...none of them have been acquired with the 1B current O/S. That was all legacy debt. Folks aren't questioning the way Tom has brought assets in, how he isbuilding the company, we are wondering why it took 900M shares and $20M+ shareholder money to acquire a debt ridden shell from his buddy.

Just think if TS had rolled all these assets into a clean, $250K shell? Why didn't he? Can ANYONE pose even a half logical reason why? And you can't say "maybe he is going to give us Agri" because if he is going to do so why not just come out and say it? Until then we must assume he is not so can ANYONE give me one logical reason why he did what he did? All assets rolled in after are moot - our 1B shares did not pay for the assets, the 1B shares paid for the legacy debt...assets are great, etc...so why did he not roll them into a clean $250K shell?
