Basile is a bankruptcy lawyer.Really does not excuse him from doing deal with Crestsewer that has been convicted by the SEC twice. If that is smart the he needs to be replaced with an idiot who probably would run from a hedge fund already caught by the SEC.
Yes I bet he is telling everyone to wait for the 8K because that is when everyone finds out he %$&*&ed the current shareholders to do a deal with crooks.
