Let's look at what you are suggesting. You are saying that the share holders in this company have a vested interest in an industrial site and a building that were leased. The lease has expired due to default of payment. How do the investor's have any interest in the participation of the water rights, the land and building, when RSPG has become a defunct non-operating entity?

The current value of the company which is 30,000,000 shares at about $0.10 per share = approx. $3,000,000.00. That is what the equipment/assets are about worth as things currently stand (on the books). Go ahead and try to even get anything near that in the aftermarket for used and mothballed plant equipment.

So, even if there is a buyer out there for the assets, you will be lucky to get $0.03 or $0.04 per share at the fire sale.
Furthermore, there are other's well ahead of you with their hands out looking to get what is owed to them, like the landlord...for example.

At this point you have to realize that the water belongs to the owner of the land, not the RSPG shareholders. If anyone is really interested in operating a water bottling plant at this site, they do not need to answer to the shareholders of RSPG. They simply go to the landlord and create a new lease to use the land the building the water rights.

There are assumptions being made on this board that have no basis of fact. If there was any real interest by the established beverage industry in making a go of this closed down plant, it would have happened a long time ago. Since the stock has been sitting at 5 to 12 cents for such a long time, Pepsi or Coke (and any of the secondary players) would have grabbed this company up at $0.15 to $0.20 per share (and there would be plenty of sellers like Harel and his family members) if RSPG really had anything to sell (like a lease, state of the art equipment that can through-put big time volumes of finished product, and water rights that of any real value).

I have watched other's on this site give "billions" of suggestions that there is great news coming and never respond to the logic of the current state of affairs at Royal Springs. Reminds me of the religous cults who set a date for when the world will end, and then always have a back-up date ready as needed.
