KKS Venture Management, Inc. (OTC:KKSV) today announced that it has completed the purchase of the majority of Codima Technologies Ltd. Codima Technologies, a global provider of best practice VoIP and IT Asset Management software, is a privately held company based in London , UK.
Today Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) implementation is the most significant change driving the corporate IT market. Codima delivers a complete solution for managing enterprise and service provider for VoIP networks and data networks.
