CAPT, Today's the 1st of the Month. The CEO has a big payroll to meet on the first and fifteenth of every month. I mean after all Capt Joe needs his $6K a month to sit in the Hog Fish on Stock Island and Wilf's son-in-law needs his $5K a month to sit in the office. Salaries cost a lot of money, specially when you have to work hard. To get that hard earned money, he has to dilute stock.
