Yes that's correct but you have to remember there is a new CEO in place and that transition caused a delay. I am not responsible for filing 8k's AQUI and all publicly traded Companies are totally responsible and liable for all filings they do.
I am working on several things for next week.

You had mentioned that there was a world wide advertising campaign to be started. Has this happened? If not what is the projected kick off?

On the 8k issue, filing an 8k takes minutes. Most reporting companies issue an 8k for each press release. It is simple. Has there been no 8k because the "formal" contract has not been signed?
