Your logic (if you want to call it that) is hilarious. Lets get this straight, its management's fault because F10 pulled a breach of contract and reneged on the deal they negotiated. I don't know but most company's negotiate in good faith and assume the other side is doing the same. And now, when they realize this and try to sue to "get paid for the two years they invested", its still their fault.
