You know what..rule #1 investing in the Pinks is MONEY RETENTION..I was in spzi last year. When we found the 504, I sold. Lost a little, but not as much as someone who knew that the company was going to sell shares into the market and didn't save any of their investment..That wasn't you was it..If it was, don't complain. You watched it go down all by your self..or did someone nail your hand to the desk and couldn't reach the sell button..Not making fun of you, but I'll bet you learned a very expensive lesson. It doesn't make this any less of a company..(seems to me companies in development sell shares), but bashing the company because you didn't protect your cash is a little bit like driving on a flat tire..Why don't you get out and change it. BTW..I have lost lots of money falling in love with a company just knowing the stock was going to rise..watching the air hissing out of my tire..not just one, but all of them. You can check my posts, I have never complained about any of my losses..only my failure to protect my cash.
