The Company:

LEEP, Inc. (referred to as “LEEP” or the “Company”) started operations in the State of Oregon in December 1991. The Company has established new standards of efficiency, effectiveness and value within the construction industry with its patented LeepCore™ structural building material. The Company’s stock is publicly traded under the trading symbol “LPPI.”

Unlike other structural components, LeepCore can be mass-produced in quantities of multi-million square feet per month. LeepCore constructed buildings are stronger, lighter, faster to erect, environmentally clean and more cost effective than building structures built with traditional wood, concrete and steel building materials.

The first incorporation of LeepCore into a commercial building was constructed in Twin Falls, Idaho in 1998. The completion of this building was the first validation that a LeepCore constructed building could obtain building permits, product liability insurance, building inspection approvals, and other requirements to obtain a final inspection approval and use permit. The building has remained essentially maintenance free in the face of sub-zero winters, 110-degree summers and sandstorm conditions that are typical of the high-desert Snake River Canyon location. Cooling and heating costs are the lowest of any building of similar size in the region.

In 1999, a two-story office building was constructed in Houston, Texas that incorporated LeepCore structural walls, floors and roof. The validation of LeepCore applications was proven again. The time to construct this office building was approximately forty percent less than the time that it would take to construct the same building with traditional building materials. The owner of the building has reported to the Company that their utility bills are more than 40 percent less than other comparable buildings in their region.

Recent construction with LeepCore has been integrated into classroom buildings. New construction with LeepCore consists of five buildings that house forty-classrooms with integral teacher’s facilities. The facility accommodates five-hundred Kindergarten/Pre-K students.

These LeepCore structural classroom buildings represent a new level of classroom solutions that are based on the features and unique attributes of LeepCore. With the advent of LeepCore, these classroom buildings are fire, mold, water, dry-rot, termite and wind resistant and provide new levels of energy efficiency. Observations related to LeepCore include more quiet classrooms and overall quality of construction. There are a large number of school districts that are expressing high levels of interest in adding LeepCore™ buildings to their facility plans.

The Company operates a 33,000 square foot semi-automated manufacturing plant in Montoursville, Pennsylvania.
