Ok, let say this VP get us onto AIM, what will happen to our ERHE shares? converted? distributed? tendered? Is the newly form AIM listing company a spinoff? If ERHE still exist at that point will it be a holding company again?(owning majority of shares of the new company).

I hope they will keep this simple and as long as we the long term supporters here do not get screwed... then I am all for listing anywhere in the world.
