Like has been said for days, they expect audited financials to be done by the end of April. Some people take that as being a hard date but it's not.

Being a long term holder of this company, it would be in the best interest of D&D to at least PR if the results will not be available by the end of the week. INIX has had communication problems in the past and I would have preferred to see something but this is just the way things go sometimes.
