newsletter strategy is to sell half on 1st target hit, trail stops up and sell another ahlf on second target hit

so for ANCC 1st target was $1.30 (sell half)
2nd target was $1.50 (sell 1/4)
then trail stops on last qtr with exit at 1.50 if it drops
