Same here, seems like they should be able to claim higher damages if they really appropriated our technology, especially if that tech is being used in the telematics HD product F10 DID release in the end. Either they should get an injunction to have them pull it off the market or force them to pay us a share of the revenue.

Hope TGE doesn't try to do something similar.
