OK - Just got off the phone with Clayton.

He said that the 2 stores that were mentioned in the January PR about "UHCR Acquires Two Additional Retail Outlets" WERE acquired! One is in Long Island and the other one in Manhattan. He is looking to expand the East Coast with stores. They will open in June under the name of "West Town Optical". I think he will announce more about them in June. By the way, he said it was ok for me to mention this on the board.

He seemed very upfront and is expecting an update from NASDAQ any day. What I like is that he is not putting out any false or fluff PR's and is doing everything kosher.
