I think we shouldn't be saying "If SWCC holds a percent ownership in GERS or Agrifuels" we should be questioning why we would not for what we paid foir the shell. If after what we spent to bail good old KK and help YA make a bundle we do not own a piece then why did we buy the shell and who was responsible for letting it go.

To me if TS allowed that to happen then that would constitute gross mis-conduct on the part of a CEO.

Still waiting to hear about share buy backs, new CD's paid with cash, Series E shares being retired etc all good things for the common shareholder who has lost their shirt lately.

Even though our OS is a little over 1.1B the price seems to reflect what the OS could be once all series shares are converted not what is actually in the OS.
