Consider this; The financing may NOT move the price up right away. There are plenty who are waiting for the news just to dump shares. $12-$20 mil financing is great but that is NOT creating revenue stream YET, just the ability to do so in the future. The company needs to show PROFITS. There is still the possibility the price will languish for months. Look at the action here, there's practically NO pulse. Everytime there is news the stock drops.

I am just saying it is a possibility.
