Just noticed AQUI filed Annual Report with pinksheets on Monday

That's a step in the right direction. They could easily get the Yeild ranking changed to Current with just a few more filings. That would sure make the E&Y deal seem more legit and imply next steps were being taken for further uplisting and SEC filing.
