It seems that we all agree that there's a lot of suspicious behavior at Veltex.
For example:
Why don't they provide a actual copy of the Sales Agreement of the Bangladesh Operations?
Why do they fail at receiving a Certified Audit?
Why do they not follow through on the Buyback?
There's strong belief that the motive of the massive dilution of shares was meant as a weapon to weaken shareholders by decreasing their ownership percentages
(was Javeed Matin "self-dealing" - issuing shares to himself while diluting all the other shareholders percentages?)
It seems that Veltex will achieve NOTHING with the current management - replacements are necessary for success to occur.
