Once again it is strange to want to buy a stock that is going down all year. If ther is some reason to buy thsi (other then for a oversold bounce) it woudl be better to at least wait until it breaks its down trend with good volume. Maybe above 1.60 http://tinyurl.com/337by

If you wan to play low priced stock then it is a much better risk reward to buy stocks going up not down. Buy stocks as an example that have gone up on huge volume then pulled back on small volume.

Look at LTRX as an example as youcan buy with a stop below recent lows at the 9-day EMA

And on the weekly chart you can see the longer term potential of 50-150% gain.

Or ITRA that recently broke out of its down trend - you can buy it now at $2 or wait for it to break out above its former high from last year at $2.77.

I only suggest that to make more money with less risk you buy stocks going up instead of hoping for over sold bounces
