Evrey stock on your list is in a big down trend. I guess you are bottom fishing but it sure does not make sense to me to fill your IRA with loosing stocks.

You may want to at least put in some winners. Most all the commodities are in a multi year uptrends that probably has 2-3 years left to go..

in Steel OS and AKS That may double or more http://tinyurl.com/3g8wu are good examples. CMIN in Aluminum is just about to break its downtrend and is also a good sector. http://tinyurl.com/2qfom

Gold and Silver are now in a pullback but you could add some now if you can take a pullback that may still last 1-3 months. Gold and Silver could easily double or more in the next year or so. As the dollar weakens again later in the year the metals will keep getting stronger. Palladium has more then doubled in the last year and needs some consolidation but may double or more again (it was over $1000 in the past) as many Platinum users (car exaust etc) are switching to Palladium http://tinyurl.com/2f2kz

The tow stock plays are SWC and PAL and bot have been great until a week ago so are pulling back but will set up again later - a a month or so.

In silver CDE is on I really like long term http://tinyurl.com/26l9j

This one may go up 300-500% over the next couple of years.

Regardless, I sure find it strange to pick loosers for an IRA just hoping for a turn around instead of picking all stocks that have a strong uptrend.

I am not paritcular to metals but sure for long term account woudl fill it with known winners and ones that will do well as inflation picks up as all prices will be going higher.
