if the t?a says the os is 253 mil then doesnt that mean it has to be that? Why is there even specualtion over this. WOuldnt everyone get into immediate trouble if they just out and out lied about the share count? I do not understand, I think that penny ta is a good trader and do not belive he would just bash a board, but I do not understand how they could just lie, has this happend alot in the past
