The publishing of the XXIS O/S share structure, which is quite small 210,081,973 is significant for the price of Spooz.

When the price of XXIS rises, it will inherently deposit value to SPZI. They will develop separately, but they are linked.

120mil shares times that value is what will, or at least should, raise SPZI's value up. IMHO
