I myself am skeptical because nothing has moved the PPS so I am in a "I will believe it when I see it" mode.

Time is running short, we all know a lot has to happen in the June/July time frame and those months are getting a lot closer.

Another quote to be mindful of is, " delisting is not an option."

So there will be action taken to prevent this, I just hope it is not the dreaded R/S. I think that is the last option, but as it stands a realistic one too.
