Regions Engages Strategic Growth Consultant

DALLAS, Nov 20, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Regions Oil and Gas (Pink Sheets:RGNO) announced today that it has engaged a strategic growth consultant to work with the Company on its business and growth strategies and objectives. These strategies and objectives are broken down into two categories: Business operations and Oil field operations/expansion. The areas of focus for the business operations category include:
-- Establishment of an investor relations department
-- Automation of back end operations
-- Exploring alternative funding options
The company is also looking to expand on their strategy of bringing new life to old forgotten fields by:
-- Documenting methods and procedures of successful field practices
-- Bringing successful field practices and techniques to new geographic areas
-- Expansion into oil field services sector
-- Large scale Caney-Woodford Shale lease acquisitions
-- Large scale Coalbed Methane lease acquisitions
"From my conversations with shareholders I have learned there is one common issue that keeps coming up, current and up to date company information. Hopefully our share holders will see that we are working to be able provide them with the information they need.
