For what it’s worth...

Take a few steps back with me for a minute, and let’s look at what is happening without all the bias of negativity which is only natural after all we’ve been through. Since the interview that sparked our interest in the very beginning we knew that much of the money that was to be made would come from licensing. If you go back and read some of my early posts, it was one of the things I was the most excited about. All this new development means is Steve is continuing to go after what we always hoped he would go after. This is an amazing and wonderful development. It means he will have cash coming in to fund other efforts. It also means he will have a lot more on the table come the next round in court. Now he can say he has a patent that is worth something because there is already a licensing deal in the works. I hope he gets a few more! I give Steve a lot of credit for this move. He is saying... you know what? I know I can make something of this, and I am going to show everyone I can. This is the only known source of bucks coming in (or potential bucks coming in), and it is from Steve’s efforts. This will be fantastic leverage come the settlement negotiations. If he were going off to do his own thing, there would be no need to negotiate, he’d just go. I’m not saying I know how this will play out, because I don’t. I just want to provide another angle that makes some business sense.

I also want to remind everyone that you have a very diverse group on here who post. Picture for a moment everyone who posts as being 18 years old; still living at home; playing video games in between posts; working at a local fast food joint; with zero business experience and no education past high school who is looking for a way out of working for a living so they put a few hundred bucks into a risky stock and say unintelligent things out of frustration and desperation.

Let that be the default profile unless or until you know differently and certainly before you act based on what people say. I am not attacking anyone here, and I’m certainly not naming names. I just wanted to offer this little perspective as we continue down this path. If you see someone say something like “I cannot believe Steve is going to drop us like this, we should all sue him” in one post, and a few posts later the same person says something like, “oh maybe this will work out great, thanks for the DD”, I wouldn’t pay much attention to any of their posts for any reason other than entertainment purposes.

I have said this in earlier posts, and I’ll say it again: If something is true, is doesn’t matter how many people say it isn’t, and the reverse is also true.

The thoughts in this message come from me without the benefit of any information that isn’t publically available. There are no guarantees here one way or the other. We could lose everything, or we could end up ok. We’ll have to patiently wait it out and see what happens.
