actually read the proxy bs justification for the rs....doesn't really say anything but 'what if'

doesn't address the OBVIOUS notion that if we do have revs...then pps will go up on it's own and no rs is needed!!!!!!!!

ok - add 50mil to float for additional capital, but NO rs right now! get pps to a buck and then we'll talk gene

what's a matter gene - revs aren't coming like you claimed?
