SILC-I'm usually pretty conservative on reversals so I would say that a true bullish reversal would come with a close on high volume above the middle bollinger band which is currently at 12.85.

I haven't been watching this one. It's falling way below the bottom bollie. Should be good for a bounce soon. Look for a bounce off of a possible double bottom in the 9.28 area.
